It’s official! Celestyn and Brad have finally tied the knot.

Sources confirm Celestyn Silverman and Brad Alpers wed September 20, 2008 just before 1 p.m. at the Flint Hill Mansion in Norcross, GA.

The bride donned a form-fitting ivory lace strapless gown with a trumpet skirt, scalloped edges, long train and a hip-length veil attached to a satin headband with handmade satin roses, all by Dolce & Gabbana.

The ceremony – which began at noon – was “very small and intimate,” a source tells GAB!, adding that guests mostly consisted of immediate family. Fitting, since Celestyn once described her ideal wedding as “a simple ceremony...I don’t like wild parties, it’s not really my style.”

After walking her down the aisle, Celestyn’s biological father, Rev. Ray Silverman, pulled on his robes and officiated the ceremony. A lively reception immediately followed. One attendee said the highlights were the congo line and learning the “popadopolis,” a traditional Silverman family dance invented by Ray.

Celestyn has been dating Brad since 2005. They hit it off from their very first date.

A pal close to the couple told GAB! the two are perfect together.

“She’s definitely ‘The One,’” the source said. “She really makes him happy.”

Engagement rumors began to surface about the couple late last year. First, People announced Brad popped the question Dec. 25 on a private plane, then TMZ.com claimed they planned to wed in Costa Rica.

Celestyn, however, slammed both reports as false. “We were not on a private plane when he proposed,” she said.

The couple honeymooned at a private resort in Jamaica. They live in Atlanta.

TEETH MODELS?Celestyn and Brad have turned down multiple offers for Crest toothpaste commercials. They want to focus on babies for now.

Family and friends attending Celestyn and Brad’s wedding had a blast.

“Everyone just danced and danced,” a friend close to the bride says.

This source would not confirm or deny that weather forced a group of out-of-town friends planning to arrive via private jet to drive 16 hours straight to make the exclusive event.

“The point is: we were there for her,” she said. Celestyn’s bridesmaids included her older

sisters Serena, Sasha, Aria and Spring; as well as childhood friend and singer Teryn Genzlinger.

Teryn sang at Serena and Adam Sutton’s wedding ceremony two years ago.

Guests showed off amazing dancing skills during the reception. “Some of us were even doing the snake!” said one of the attendees.

Yet another alligator was captured in the Pennypack. An autopsy was performed

after expert biologist Dallas Hendricks determined the reptile looked “a little porky.” To his horror, the autopsy revealed a small hand in the bowels of the beast.

Further investigation by Hendricks determined

that the hand was, in fact, plastic.

“At this point it is unclear whether the hand is from Barbie or her less popular, flat-footed sister Skipper. I kind of hope it’s Skipper’s. Although ‘Amputee Barbie’ does have a certain ring to it.”

may be over.Shilah Rose made her

debut on the cover of a simple marketing brochure for the Business Program at Bryn Athyn College.

After her face hit the stands, her career really took off. She has since been featured in

eight more well-distributed brochures. Shilah adds that her sudden popularity is “completely unrelated” to the fact that she works in the office that produces said brochures.

Her biggest success will undoubtedly be in film. Her first video role caused quite a stir in Bryn Athyn.

Shilah Rose is fast becoming famous in Bryn Athyn and beyond. She already has a

reputation. One fan told GAB!, “I heard she wouldn’t let her mother see her online video where Shilah admits to being competitive.”

Others overlook Rose’s competitive streak. “Shilah makes a strong impression as the sweet, sophisticated girl,” said a Bryn Athyn socialite.

The hottest new underground dance ensemble in Bryn Athyn is redefining hip-hop. What is this new sensation?

Man Hop.Stephanie Rose, professional

choreographer and long-time hip-hop dance instructor, has been holding weekly dance sessions for men who want to learn what to do—and more importantly what not to do—on the dance floor.

The exclusive club started off slowly. The two original members, Stewart Farmer and Ivan Maddock, tore up the dance floor, sporting such moves as the Double Quickdraw, the Pony Ride, and the Hip Swizzle.

But by week two, the competi-tion for a spot in Man Hop (aka Him Hop) skyrocketed.

Then the controversy began. Rose, who argued that she simply wanted to “step up the level of Bryn Athyn hip-hop,” invited several girls to Man Hop’s second practice.

This invitation caused strife and disgruntlement amongst some of the original members. “There are more girls here than guys,” said Farmer unhappily. “I thought Man Hop was for men.”

Some potential “man hoppers” were also discouraged to learn

about the growing number of girls at Man Hop. “There is a direct correlation between the number of girls around and the distance of myself to the wall,” said Luke Howard when approached by reporters.

Original Man Hop member Maddock disagreed, saying “Bring on the ladies!!!” In response to the dispute Rose says, “I have no problem hanging out with a room full of dudes. They just have to step it up and out-hop those girls!”

One GAB! reader who prefers to remain anonymous said, “Girls or no girls, I’m just glad someone is helping put the HIP back in HOP!”

TERYN GENZLINGER AND DEREK GLUNZRumors have been swirling through the Bryn Athyn social scene for months, but GAB! sources now confirm the engagement of rising star singer/actress Teryn and her boyfriend of several years, Derek. Teryn fills us in:

THE MEETING: The two of us have known each other for ten years, but it took seven of those years for of us to realize we were meant for one another.

THE SURPRISE: I had been really busy, getting ready for the holidays, starting a new job and having rehearsals every night for a show. I had a night off and Derek asked me to join him for a date—he said it would be

something casual, like dinner and a movie or something. But when I got home from work Wednesday I went into my room to change and there was a note and a rose lying on my pillow. The note said, “Get dressed up in something fancy, because at seven o’clock a limo will be picking you up.” I started flipping out...

THE PROPOSAL: The limo pulled up near the entrance to a huge rose garden. Derek was

standing at a bench where he had set up some candles. When he said, “Come here and sit down, I have something to ask you,” I knew what was coming.

I started crying as he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. He actually had to ask me twice. He couldn’t tell if I had said yes or not because of all the tears!

“[When I read the note] I started flipping out and had to get my sister to help me pick a dress.”

HOW THEY KNEW: David knew right away that Kelleen was the one for him, but it took Kelleen a little longer to be certain. “It was his gentle manners and obvious affection towards me,” says Kelleen. “We got along because of our family values and commitment to true friendships.”

THE PROPOSAL: After attending the Christmas Eve church service at Bryn Athyn Cathedral, David got down on one knee and proposed to Kelleen in a garden overlooking the valley. Kelleen gushes, “It was beautiful. Needless to say, that was the best Christmas of my life!”

THE PLANS: The ceremony will be held at Bryn Athyn Cathedral. The reception will be at Kelleen’s grandparents’ beautiful property. Kelleen has always dreamed of a big outdoor tented wedding, and she is thrilled with how the day is unfolding.
