Galileo® K-12 Online: Dashboard Overview
A Dashboard page provides users the ability to select different “views” --
Teacher, Admin, and Instructional Effectiveness. When selecting a particular view, the user is provided access to the widgets that house the tools they need to
complete their task or responsibility. The types of “views” that you can access on your dashboard page depends on what level user you are, and what permissions you have been given.
TEACHER PAGE The Teacher Dashboard page is a teacher’s “go-to” page for planning instruction,
assessing students, and analyzing student progress. For example, when on the Teacher Dashboard page, a teacher may access the class roster, recent and
upcoming events, scheduling tools, and reports. Teachers spend most of their time on the Teacher Dashboard page, though District- and School-level users also often access this page of the classes at their schools. A school principal may select
a specific teacher and class, and see what tests have been given and reports for the selected class including Student Growth and Achievement report.
From any page within Galileo, click the Dashboard icon. If necessary, hover over the Dashboard menu in the Dashboard Group Filter widget and select the Teacher
option.
