ALCOHOL POLICY• Guests of Heinz Field must be 21 years or older to
purchase/consume alcoholic beverages.ARAMARK reserves the right to check proof oflegal drinking age. There is a maximum of two (2)beers per purchase at all concession stands. ForSteelers games, alcohol sales in the seating bowl
will be discontinued at the end of the third quarter.For University of Pittsburgh games, alcohol is onlysold in the clubs and suites. ARAMARK has theright to discontinue the sale of alcohol at anytimeduring an event.
CLUB LOUNGES• The East and Hyundai Club West Lounges are
located on the 200 Level.• The North Club Lounge is located on the 300
Level.• Guests must have a valid East/Hyundai Club West or
Suite Ticket to enter the East/Hyundai Club WestLounges. Suite or East/Hyundai Club West LoungeTickets do not have access to the North Club Lounge.
• Guests with North Club Lounge tickets do not haveaccess to East/Hyundai Club West Lounges or Suites
• Portable merchandise stands are located in the East,Hyundai Club West, and North Club Lounges.

DESIGNATED DRIVERS• The designated driver booth, sponsored by
ARAMARK, is available at all three main gates.• Registrants for the program must be 21 years of
age with a valid driver’s license.• In return, for the promising responsibility for the
safe and sober transportation of their group fromHeinz Field, a registrant will receive one couponredeemable for a soft drink. All registrants receivea “Designated Driver” paper wristband.
• Coupons can be redeemed at any concessionstand.
FIRST AID• In the event that a Guest at Heinz Field would need
medical assistance, please direct them to thenearest First Aid Room. First Aid Rooms arelocated in the following areas:– Behind Section 103, FedEx Great Hall– Behind Section 123, Lower Level North
(Main First Aid Room)– Behind Section 517, Upper Level East– Behind Section 541, Upper Level West– The First Aid Room on the Club Level is located
in between the East and Hyundai Club WestLounges, closest to the Northeast Corner
GATE ENTRANCES• All Guests may enter Heinz Field through:
– Gate A - South Plaza under Video Board– Gate B - Northeast Corner– Gate C - Northwest Corner
• All University of Pittsburgh students must enterthrough Gate C or Southwest Rotunda and provideboth game ticket and student identification card foradmittance.
• All Gates open two (2) hours prior to kickoff.• One turnstile at each gate will be open until halftime.• If Guests arrive after halftime, they may enter
through Gate B, which is open the entire game.
GUEST SERVICES• Guest Services assists guests before, during and
after each event at Heinz Field, including lostchildren, emergency paging, lost and found,stadium information, car trouble, closedcaptioning mobile devices, hearing impairedamplifiers and comments. If guests needassistance on non-game days, please contact(412)697-7150, press 4.

• The Main Guest Services Room (behind Section104) is open one and a half (1-1/2) hours afterthe end of the game.
• Guests can acquire assistance at four (4) GuestServices Kiosks located at the three (3) main gates:– Gate A (2 kiosks)– Gate B– Gate C
LOST AND FOUND• During events, lost and found items left in the seating
bowl will be brought to the Main Guest ServicesRoom, behind Section 104 in the FedEx Great Hall.The Main Guest Services Room is open one and ahalf (1-1/2) hours after the end of the game.
• Guests inquiring about lost items at previous gamesshould call (412) 697-7135 for information. Itemslost at prior games are held in storage for 30 daysand then either disposed of or donated to anappropriate charitable organization.
MERCHANDISE• Both Pittsburgh Steelers and University of
Pittsburgh Panthers merchandise can bepurchased at the seven (7) Pittsburgh SidelineStores located throughout Heinz Field:– Behind Section 115, FedEx Great Hall– Behind Section 144, South Plaza– Behind Section 118, Lower Level North– Behind Section 127, Lower Level North– Behind Section 141, Lower Level West– Behind Section 506, Upper Level East– Behind Section 530, Upper Level West
• Guests will also find approximately 20 portablemerchandise locations and 10 program standslocated throughout Heinz Field and exteriorareas, including the Club Lounges.
RE-ENTRY POLICY• Once Guests enter Heinz Field, they may not exit
and then re-enter, except in the case of anemergency.
• If this occurs, Guests must proceed to the GuestServices Kiosk at Gate B, located in Northeastcorner of Heinz Field, for authorization to exitand re-enter (Ex: Death or medical emergency).
RESTROOMS• 52 men’s and women’s restrooms are conveniently
located throughout Heinz Field. Each is equippedwith baby-changing stations.
• Family/Special needs restrooms are located in thefollowing areas to accommodate guests:– Behind Section 105, FedEx Great Hall– Behind Section 124, Lower Level North– Behind Section 141, Lower Level West– Behind Section 205, East Club

SECURITY GUIDELINES• Guests at Heinz Field are asked to cooperate with
security personnel to ensure the safety of all
guests. In addition, fans who wear or bring heavyclothing, jackets, or blankets will be asked to opensuch items for inspection and hand metaldetection searches.The following items are not permitted:
• Small purses, small camera cases, binocular casesand diaper bags will be permitted, however, allitems that do not pass security must be returned tovehicles.
• Guests are asked to arrive early to eliminate linesat security checks.
• Heinz Field is NOT responsible for items left atgates.
SMOKING• Smoking is prohibited at Heinz Field.
SUITES• Heinz Field has 129 Luxury Suites that can be
accessed from both the 300 and 400 levels.• Guests must have a valid Suite Ticket to access
those levels and the Luxury Suite.
