    EMS is a Performance Measurement Framework. It is a year-round tool and not a once a year event. At GE, every employee is required to usethese tools. It is composed of several phases:

    What is it?

    The 360 Degree feedback tool uses a questionnaire to gather information on key leadership behaviours from a 360 Degree focus.Who provides feedback:

    From above - direct manager and functional leaderInternal / external customers / suppliersPeers and fellow team membersFrom below - direct reports

    What are the benefits?
