*We have a very cheap entrance fee *For Girls. P50.00 Every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and SundayFREE Entrance for every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.*For Boys:P100.00 Entrance Fee every day. It is consumable with one (1) drink. (San Mig. Lights) *Note: We decided to have this kind of Promos because our Company believe that if the Women come the Men will follow. We came up also for the FREE Entrance every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday because these days are known to be a not patronizing Night for a bar. So we think of Promos that will encourage customers to go in our Bar.

*Ladies Night Every Wednesday.During this night the Margarita Drinks are FREE for all the Girls.

*They have an account in Facebook and Twitter .

*Free one (1) ticket for every Group consisting of Five Persons.This is only applicable for those five persons who paid the Entrance Fee exclusively. It is not consumable with one drink andExcluded from the group of five persons who will receive another free one (1) ticket for his/her next go in our Bar. *Note: We have this kind of Promo because the idea is, it will encourage customers to come back again or to return in our Bar and if there are a lot of people inside of our Bar there’s a Big possibility that most of them will order. So we can make a Profit from them.

*Happy Hours every day between 7:00 – 9:00pm.During these hours All San Miguel Beers Product including the Beer Tower, Barrel and Pitcher will be less up to 20% from the original Price.The Local Mix also will be less up to 20% from the original price. *Note: The idea is to attract customers to go in our Bar and to capture the Market as early as possible.

Padis Point Rouges

*P70.00 Entrance Fee every Friday and Saturday for both Men and WomenP100.00 for Weekdays and Saturday

*Ring the Bell and have your name on the wall of fame. The procedures are if the Bell’s Ring you can put your name and message on the wall so that all the people inside the bar could see that.

*Between 7:00 - 9:00pm Every Friday and Saturday when the customers come between that times, the last order of the customers at 9:00pm will be doubled.

*Happy Hours Every day between 12-10pm. During these hours there are specific Products of them that are less 15 to 20% from the original price.

The plant Location of GENRA Bar and Restaurant is at the Jorge Bocobo St. corner

Remedios Malate, Manila. We decided to locate our Business at this place because there’s a

proven demand in that area, it is a prominent night life for people, there’s existence of related

industries, there’s a lot of establishment and near to the transportation hub.

Cowboy Grill

The COWBOY GRILL is located at Remedios St. Corner Madre Ignacia Malate, Manila. It

is also part of the In-Demand place for a Ktv, Disco, Bar and Restaurant establishment. It is

quite near in our chosen place and we consider it as one of our great competitor.

Padi’s Point

The PADI’S POINT is located at Remedios St. Corner Mabini Malate, Manila. It is one of the illustrious

Bar in Malate because it already created a good impression to the people. They have now many branches all

over the Philippines. However, one of our goals is to penetrate the existing market that Padi’s Point already

established.

Rouges

ROUGES Sports Bar is located at Mabini St. Malate, Manila. There are no pictures of

their Bar because I was prohibited by the guard to take a picture that’s why I only pictured the

street where the Rouges is located. Rouges is a sister company of renowned L.A cafe and it

is one of the great competitor we have. However, we can capture its market by offering a

more variety of foods and beverages, promos and by having products that has a good quality

but in a LOW PRICE.
