visitor

to include a

plane

facility),

Island, in

visitor
center
or
the
facil ity).
The
City'
agrees
to the
use
of
any
public
funds
for
this
purpose,
only
to
the
extent
that
the Bureau
agrees

any
City
funds

for
the
visitor
center
be
used

for that
purpose.
Accordingly,
the
Bureau
herein
warrants,
and

to
memorialize same

any
current

future
agreement

visitor
center, that
any
change

use

the
proposed
facility,
other
than the
stated
public purpose

visitor
center

may
include
the
Bureau's

event

not
agree
