order. Carriers charge an additional fee for residential deliveries and invalid addresses or address changes.
•HowAndFromWhereDoYouShip? Standard shipping is ground. Air available
upon request. Carrier charges /fees added to invoice. Free ground charges for orders exceeding $500 net (fees not included in free freight)

International shipments billed 3rd party are charged a $15 manual shipping fee.
Also customs & tariffs are billed to recipient.
•Returns? Return Requests must be made within 30 days via
e-mail or fax. RMA Request Form found in price list or on our web site. Upon authorization, goods must be returned freight pre-paid within 30 days in original packaging. Subject to 15% restocking fee. Packages returned without an RMA number on the box will be refused. Fax the form to 901-259-1892 or send via e-mail to: [email protected]
•Warranties? Manufacturer warranty rules apply. Most require
items to be returned for analysis. We gladly handle the returns to manufacturers for you, but do not assume any responsibility. Manufacturer makes thefinaldeterminationonwhethertogivecredit,return, replace, or deny the claim. You must pay us for original and any replacement items
•ShippingClaims Wewillfileclaimsforlostordamagedpackages
when the shipment was billed to our carrier account. Final determination is per carrier.
1- Lost Packages Notifyusandwewillfileclaim.After8business
days. They credit us and we credit you.
2- Damage Refused Claims Carrier will return package to us. When arrives, wefileclaim.NotifyOptimusuponrefusal.Uponnotificationrequesttore-shiporcredituponreturnfrom carrier.
3-Concealed Damage Claims Fed Ex allows 21 calendar days and UPS allows 6
months. You contact us we contact carrier they send inspector. If carrier credits us, we credit you.
