1. Purpose
• 1. To gather consortium members and discuss details on project implementation
• 2. To have a common understanding of the RISE rules, across the consortium
• 3. To identify researchers to be seconded and agree on secondment plan
1bis. Purpose
• 4. To discuss financial arrangements within the consortium and other relevant aspects of the partnership agreement (IPR, Open Access, etc.)
• 5. To discuss potential risks and mitigating measures
• 6. To identify/discuss minor changes since the submission of the proposal
• Not later than a month following the project start date

• It can take place anywhere
• To ensure participation of a REA Project Officer (PO), the meeting must take place in Brussels
• To contact PO for eventual advice

• 6. To make sure that all information provided to the PO before the meeting is accurate
