"LOYALTY, DEDICATION and PERSEVERANCE"

Helen Gruss, owner and faithful beautician of 70 yrs and counting, was featured in the

"Ferndale Friends Aug-Sept 2012 Cruise Edition newspaper". Helen has 30+ years at her

current site, "Helena's Salon" located in Ferndale. Helen is the proud mother of

daughters Mary Minervini (Tsouris) and Toni Minervini (Shad), '61 and '63 HPHS

respective classmates. Toni and Mary had their start-up businesses at this Woodward

location. Although Toni is now retired, Mary keeps on ticking and working, just like the "

energizer bunny"!! We send our wishes for much continued success and blessings in the

years to follow.
