The highlights of Polinova technologies are the use of nanoparticules and
chemical modifications of epoxy matrix to produce nanoepoxy structures.
The objectives of this research are improve the mechanical properties,
adhesion strength and chemical resistance of new generations of
Polinova’s products.
The new nanoepoxy adhesive and nanoepoxy coating will go to market in
2014.

Our Technical Team has more than 14 years of experience in modifications
of epoxy resin in partnership with Federal University of Rio de Janeiro
(UFRJ) and Petrobras. Furthermore, the project of nano modification of
epoxy products has 0.6 million dollars to apply in this research in two years
(FINEP financing).
