Homemade Mango Ice Cream Using Mango Pulp

Introduction
• It is one of the mango ice cream recipes in which, we will be using mango pulp in place of mango puree.
• You can prepare this ice cream really quickly and even when the mangoes are not available in the market.
Ingredients
• 30 oz can mango pulp
• 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
• 8 oz whipped topping container
• Fresh Mango cubes for garnishing and freshness (optional)
Method
1. Take a big bowl and pour Mango Pulp, whipped topping and condensed milk into it.
2. Using a spatula fold all the ingredients very gently
3. Pour the mixture into a container with a tight lid.
4. Cover it and place it in the freezer for around 2 hours.
5. Take out the container after two hours beat it lightly with a spatula and add the mango pieces to it.
6. Freeze it again for around 3 hours and serve.
You can try out different variations with this homemade mango ice cream recipe. Add cake cubes, saffron, nuts or tutti-frutti to make a great dessert.
