Steps to Add RSS Feed In MS Outlook !!

Open Outlook

Select “ RSS Feed “ Folder From left pane

Right click on RSS Feed >> Select the Option of “ Add New RSS Feed “.

Copy and Paste the URL of RSS feeds and Click on Add

After adding RSS in Outlook , You will see RSS folder

How to Enable RSS Feed from Default Send/Receive Group?

There are simple steps which need to followed to enable RSS Feed from default Sent/Receive group

For Outlook 2007O Open the “Tools” tab >> “Send/Receive” >> “Define

Send/Receive” and select “Default send/receive group” click on “Edit” and exclude “RSS Feed”

O For Short cut : “Clt+Alt+S”

For Outlook 2010 O Click on File >> Options >> section: Advanced >>

button: Send/Receive and after that click on “Edit” button. After that exclude "RSS feed" from default “Send/receive group”

How to Create new Send and Receive group for RSS Feed?

Open Outlook

Click on Tools >> Send Receive

Select the send/receive settings

Click on the "Define send/receive group"

Click on New button to Add & Create a New “ Send/Receive group “

Rename this group

Click on "Edit" button. After that enable all send/receive from all options.

Select option of Include RSS Feed in this Send/Receive group and click on "Ok" button.

Enable all setting of new "Send/Receive group" and after that click on “Close” button .

Steps for MS Outlook 2010 to Create New Send/Receive

Group

O Click on the File

O Click on the "Option" button

O After that select "Advanced" option

O Click on "Send/Receive" button

O Now click on "New" button to create new Send/Receive Group.

O After that give a name for new creating group and after that click on "Ok"

After that disable all account

O Select only "RSS feeds in this Send/Receive group“

O Click on "Ok" button

After that disable all setting for Group "RSS on Demand only"

O Click on "Close" button

Now you have enable RSS feed from default Send/Receive group and create a new send/receive group for RSS feed.

O You will checkout new send/receive group.

O To check out click on "Send/Receive" tab

O Select the "Send/Receive Groups“

O Click on "RSS on Demand only Group"
