Stock Corporation

• This type of company can be established by at least three persons

• The minimum share capital required is 100.000 Swiss Francs

• The company should have a board of directors, they must be shareholders

• The liability of the members is limited to company assets.

Limited Liability Company • The company can be established by at least

two persons or by companies which provides at least 20.000 Swiss francs

• The liability of the partners are limited  to the amount of capital invested in the company

• The company must be registered with the Register of Commerce
