BEFORE YOU START TO RECORD…q Carefully read the exhibit requirements.q Get CREATIVE and PLAN your 4-H project judging video.q View practice video at https://youtu.be/qAity49zs-k.q PRACTICE what you’re going to say or do during your video.

READY TO RECORD…q Click on the customized 4-H project link.q Log into the Grid using your email.

q Click the to start your video.

q Click the to start your recording.

q Click the arrow to playback.

q Watch your video back. Click the X if you want to re-record. Otherwise, click the arrow again.q Take a selfie or picture of your 4-H project exhibit as your cover.q Finally, edit your display name (FIRST & LAST NAME) and add a title.

ADDING AN ATTACHMENT (optional)…q Utilize Google Slides, Prezi another mainstream cloud-

based presentation software to create an e-poster.q E-posters may not include more than 15 slides or

advancements.q Include photos of your project and/or exhibit

--including menus or other exhibit components.q Copy and paste e-poster URL in LINKq Publish to the customized 4-H project grid.
