About HROC HROC workshops have been helping people around the world heal from trauma since 2003. Participants in these interactive peer-‐to-‐peer workshops learn to share from their own knowledge of trauma to help themselves and others.
Workshops cover such topics as:
-‐-‐The causes, symptoms -‐-‐Healing from grief and consequences of trauma -‐-‐Becoming better listeners -‐-‐The impact of trauma on -‐-‐Constructive ways to families and communities handle anger -‐-‐Grief, loss and mourning -‐-‐Rebuilding trust
