4) The loss for quarter ended September, 2019 is mainly attributable to a drop in cross border E-commerce and TV commerce business coinciding with a low seasonality quarter of domestic E- commerce.
5) Standalone Total income from operations includes, dividend received from subsidiary i.e Gati Kintetsu Express Pvt. Ltd. amounting to Rs. 756 Lakhs .
6) Results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2019 are in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) as notified by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Notes:1) The above Unaudited consolidated financial results have been reviewed by the Audit
Committee and its meeting held on November 5, 2019 and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 5, 2019.
2) W.e.f. April 01, 2019, the Company has adopted Ind AS-116 "Leases" and the impact is around 206.99 Lakhs pertaining to flagship subsidiary Compnay i.e GKEPL for the half year, accounted in this quarter.
