Judge Avery counsel for the de-velopment company spoke on themeasure saying that the company-was able financially to put the projecthrough and a letter was later readrom the president of a bank in Selma

upon some extra paving which wasfound to have been necessary on Gar¬

den street One spot was that sur-rounding the fountain on that streett a cost of 93141 and the other a

driveway from the south side to thenorh side of the street in front ofthe truck house to enable the hookand ladder truck safe passage fromthe headquarters The enure amount-for the extra paving was given as140321 which was to he paid out ofthe funds now in the hands of thebond trustees The report was re-ceived
