We built an eCommerce-enabled
extranet using .NET components for the product
configurator and Kentico for the eCommerce functionality.

Making a new sales channel available to an existing B2B customer base required insight. We researched the audience’s specific needs to determine the ideal configuration, kit selection and checkout process. Our technical requirements capture process defined our approach to the CRM and billing system integration. Soft-launching the new channel allowed us to gather valuable feedback and further improve the offering.
