INNOVO is a motivated engineering and construction firm devoted to high technology equipments for marine business, both oil and gas and military scenarios. All INNOVO personnel derive from intensive and long experience on naval engineering branch, off-shore industry and hydraulics; there are many skilled on design, construction, commissioning and assistance of ROV (remotely operated vehicle). INNOVO engineering team performs a wide range of activities from conceptual studies to detailed analysis work. We also prepare operational procedures and risk assessments for all our projects, anticipating procurement requirements early on to avoid unnecessary delays for our customers.

Main Features: • Single elements are easily transportable so they can be
transferred on site by trucks, placed in water and then assembled. • All the necessary equipment for the job can be mounted on the
assembled pontoon, since every single modular element is classified as vessels by the relevant Classification Society (RINA, LR, ABS,..).
• The pontoon can be self propelled by relevant outboard motors or can be moved using winches.
• Pontoons have a flat bottom and minimal draft, which makes them suitable for working in very shallow waters (under one metre depth).
• The modular pontoon are design and build according the most demanding requirement of International Association Classification Society.
• In INNOVO’s modular pontoon there are only continuous full penetration welds.
INNOVO’s modular pontoons are box shaped floating elements which are specifically designed to be assembled, once placed in water, into larger units of extremely variable shape and dimension. Modular components are known as INNOFLOAT (floating units) and INNOLIFT (lifting modules), both certified by RINA’s marine classification (other certifications are available on demand).

INNODRIVE configuration is one of the largest capacity and operationally proven powered reel system available to the Offshore Oil & Gas and Renewable Industry. Used for single or multiple installations of flexible flowlines, umbilicals, mooring wires and power cables ensuring a safe, fast and economical installation. The INNODRIVE system is capable of handling product installation operations with or without laying tensioner and from a multitude of offshore dynamically positioned or anchored vessel in shallow and ultra deep water depths.

INNOREEL has 500mT product loading and it is designed to be loaded with variety of products ranging from subsea umbilicals, flexible pipes, mooring wires and power cables. These can then be installed from INNOREEL itself utilising the INNOVO’s Powered Drive Systems from various installation vessels or barges. INNOREEL can be designed in different dimensions and weights in order to suit client requirements, up to maximum original design parameters. INNOREEL is supplied with its own dedicated saddle suitable for any short to long term product storage requirement prior to deployment operations.
