how to care for your door
NEVER USE SCOURING POWDER PADS OR SHARPINSTRUMENTS ON METAL WORK OR GLASSPANELS.
T h e u s e o f a s q u e e g e e f o l l o w i n g e a c hshower is recommended to eliminate waterspots on the inside of the glass panels.
An occasional wiping down with a mild detergent diluted in water is all that is needed tokeep the panels and anodized aluminum parts looking new.
CAUTION: Tempered glass can not be cut.

2 INSTALLING ADJUSTMENT BLOCKS
ScrewdriverSlide an adjustment block intoeach end of the channel of thewall j amb as shown. Posit ioneac h b lo c k o ver t he ho leslo c at ed b et ween 2 l o c at i o ngrooves. To secure block, hold inp lac e and c r im p wal l j am bchannel lip on both sides of theblock. (4 Places). Press downfirmly with screwdriver blade tocrimp wall jamb lip, as shown.Tap screwdriver with hammer ifnecessary.
Using a phillips screwdriver, turnthe adjustment blocks until theyare all the way into the wall jamb.Do not sc rew the b locks pastflush as shown.
Repeat procedure for the otherwall jamb.
Measure and mark on the receptor ledgenear the wall, dimension"A" out from theback wall.
Align outside edge of wall jamb with themark made on the receptor ledge. Using alevel, plumb the wall jamb and mark thefive wall mounting holes with a pencil.
With a center punch, lightly punch the fiveho le l oc at ions fo r t he wal l j amb .( Onceramic tile, use a center punch to nickthe surface glaze.) Tap the punch lightlywith hammer so as not to crack tile. Use a3/16" drill bit (a masonry bit for ceramictile.) After drilling, thoroughly clean thereceptor ledge and wall. Insert p lasticanchors in all five holes.
Repeat procedure for the other wall jamb.

3 INSTALLING WALL JAMBS
Install each wall jamb by aligning the holes in thewall jambs with the holes in the wall. Secure thewall jambs with 6 # 8x1-1/4" screws provided.
Slide the wal l frame of f ixed panel over the wal ljamb. Rest the fixed panel on the shower ledge.
From inside the shower insert a Phillips screwdrivert ip through the ad justment ho les (2) and turn thead j ust m ent b l o c ks c o un ter c lo c k wise (o ut ) un t i lblocks are firmly against wall frames.
Install 2 # 8x3" flat head screws into the adjustmentholes of the wall frame and secure door in place.
Repeat procedure for the other fixed panel.

Install a moving panel by insertingthe rollers into the top track rollergroove and the leg of bottom guideinto the bottom track slot. Slide them o v ing p anel b ac k t o t he o p enposition.

10 INSTALLING CORNER BRACKETS AND CORNER BUMPERS

Attach a side frame seal to the oppositeside frame of each moving panel with 4# 8x3/8" screws.

12 TESTING AND ADJUSTMENT OF MOVING PANELS
Slide one of the moving panels into the c losed posit ion.Sl o w ly s l i d e t he o t her m o v ing p anel un t i l t he p anel sin ter loc k at the c o rner. I f panels do not c lose togethersmoothly, adjust one of the moving panels by loosening thescrew(s) and tilt ing the panel to get a smooth fit. Retightenscrews.
Should the panel bind or not glide smoothly, loosen bothroller screws and lower the panel an equal amount on bothsides.
Note: Small adjustment of the interlocking handles can bemade by loosening the small adjustment screws that attachthe handles to the moving panel and slightly repositioningthe handles in or out to make fit smooth.
CAUTION: Apply caulk around the outside ofthe door "only". Caulk applied to the inside ofthe door will cause leakage and damage.
Thoroughly clean and dry all dust, dirt, or greasefrom bottom track and receptor ledge surfaces tobe sealed . Carefu l ly app ly a bead o f c aulk ingaround the outside of the door where:
1. Bottom track meets the receptor.2. Corner brackets meets the receptor.3. Wall jamb meets the receptor.4. Wall jamb meets wall.
NOTE: Allow caulking to set 24 hours beforeusing shower.
