Animal encounters
The girls read different stories about people who have worked in several activities involving wild animals. As a warming up activity we watch the movie “Gorillas in the mist” to create conscience of what is happening with these animals.
Finally each girl is given a wild animal to research why they are endangered,theirhabitat,behavior,diet,
family life, and what people are doing to help them.

Aplicación de la Tabla S-P-A: Después de la lluvia de ideas
Esta tabla se aplica durante todo el período.
Revisión de cuadernos, talleres, consultas, trabajo de equipo.
Socialización deautoevaluaciones, coevaluaciones y exámenes pertinentes.
Se realiza durante todo el período.
Se continua aplicando la tabla S-P-A y comprobando las compresiones y aprendizajes de las alumnas.
Socialización de productos finales, con retroalimentación, aplicación de examen final
Se completa la tabla S-P-A por parte de cada alumna con lo que aprendió.
Se genera la nota final del período en la escala utilizada por el Colegio la cual comprende el antes, el durante y el final.
Esto se realiza en la última semana del período.
Assessment
• We make our own evaluation system (rubrics) before hand.
• At the beginning of every class, we review the previous class activities.
• At the end of each class we evaluate the class, and each other’s behavior toward it.
• We also have weekly evaluations, taking into account grammar,reading,writing,and specific contents.
• There are also two accumulative evaluations during the period, where we evaluate the contents seen during the period.
• We evaluate the researches, and the oral presentations.

Adaptations
Curricular adaptatios:
Students with special needs.
Right now, I don´t have any students with these conditions. In case, tere were any, I will send them to the after scool program..
Foreigners
I do not have any. If that was the case, it would be a great opportunity to reinforse some skills with my Spanish speaker students.
Talented students
They all have great qualities, and their work is evaluated according to the school´s standars.
