the tender andawarded the work toM/s Environment SAIndia Pvt. Ltd.,Mumbai during themonth of Jan, 2020. After the successfulinstallation andcommissioning ofCAAQMS at PortBlair, this station willbe capable ofmonitoring real timedata on CO, SO2,NOx, NHs, O3,PM10, PM2.5parameters &Metrological Data

and will be displayedon real time basis.The same data will betransmitted to CPCB,New Delhi. Meanwhile, due tothe pandemic COVID-19 and countrywidelockdown, unforeseencircumstance havearisen due to whichthe equipments andaccessories have notreached Port Blair tilldate. New Delhi, Aug 1 Union FinanceMinister, Ms. NirmalaSitharaman said that theGovernment is workingwith RBI on theIndustry's need for therestructuring of loansdue to the impact ofCOVID-19. TheMinister was addressingthe National ExecutiveCommittee Meeting(NECM) of theFederation of IndianChambers of Commerceand Industry (FICCI) onFriday. Ms. Sitharamanasserted that Bankscannot refuse credit to

She wasresponding to theconcerns raised by theFICCI members on thedifficulties faced by theMSMEs in taking loansunder the EmergencyCredit GuaranteeScheme. working on the plan tocreate a DevelopmentFinance Institution in thecountry. She said, thedetails will be shared afterformalization of the plans.
