All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card or charged to the StephenStorm, Inc. account. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
To avoid a one nights room and tax charge, reservations must be canceled at least two (2) days prior to scheduled arrival. Hotel andStephen Storm, Inc. agree to make attendees aware of cancellationand no-show penalties and to fully enforce its cancellation policy forcancellations. Any cancellationfees charged and collected will be credited to Stephen Storm, Inc. room block or reduced from fees owed.
CUT-OFF DATE
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Monday, May 23, 2011 , (the Cut-Off Date). At the Cut-Off Date, Hotel willreview the reservation pick up for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can acceptreservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the Stephen Storm, Inc. group rate after this date.
BILLING ARRANGEMENTS
The following billing arrangements apply: Individual to pay room, tax and incidental charges. All meeting room charges will be charged tothe master accountheld by Stephen Storm, Inc.

All meeting room, food and beverage, and related services are subject to applicable taxes (currently 8.1%) and service charge (currently20%) in effect on the dates(s) of the event. All Food and Beverage must be provided by hotel. Outside Food and Beverage is not permitted,
and hotel reserves the right to cancel function and apply full cancellation fees should this occur without written proof of permission issuedby hotel representative. Hotels liquor license requires that alcoholic beverages only be dispensed by Hotel employees. Alcoholic Servicesmay be denied to those guests who appear to be intoxicated or under age.
CATERING MINIMUMS
Hotels minimum selections are as follows:
Continental Breakfast $19.00 per personPlated Lunch: $32.00 per person
These quotations do not include any applicable NV sales tax (currently at 8.1%), and a non-taxable service charge of twenty percent (20%).All food and beverage served in the Resort must be purchased from the Resort.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE ATTRITION/CANCELLATION
Stephen Storm, Inc. agreed that it will provide a minimum food and beverage revenue of $3,000.00 (exclusive of applicable service chargesand taxes) as part of the Event. If Stephen Storm, Inc. provides less food and beverage revenue, it agrees to pay Hotel 35% of the shortage,plus applicable taxes. In addition, if any food and beverage event is cancelled within 72 hours of its scheduled starting time, Stephen Storm,Inc. agrees to pay Hotel 100% of the food and beverage revenue guaranteed at 72 hours.
CANCELLATION
Stephen Storm, Inc. agreed that if it cancels the meeting it will pay Hotel $4,170.00, plus applicable taxes, within 30 days after cancellationas a reasonable estimates of the harm the cancellation will cause the Hotel. Hotel agrees that after receiving this payment, it will not seekadditional damages.
