PositionSummary:The Controller position is accountable for the accountingoperations of the company, to include the production ofperiodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequatesystem of accounting records, and a comprehensive set ofcontrols and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance theaccuracy of the company's reported financial results, andensure that reported results comply with generally acceptedaccounting principles or international financial reportingstandards.Furthermore the position is also responsible for cashmanagement and risk management.
The individual should be self-motivated, creative andproactive, to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.The individual will work closely with the CEO and CTO as wellas project managers, marketing and sales and otherstakeholders throughout the organization. The individualshould have 1-2 years experience working in a softwarecompany, ideally with a business to business background.

liquidityandcashmonitoring• Prepareandmonitorannualbudgets• Monitormarketing,salesandprojectprofitability• Preparereportsanddecisionmakinganalysissupport
• Prepare,executeandmonitorfinancialtemplates,processdescriptionsandinternalemployeetrainingonprocesscompliance
• Supportgeneralmanagementonstrategicprojects
MinimumRequirements:
Experience/Skills:
• Universitydegreeinbusinessadministration/economics• 2+yearsexperienceinworkingasController• Desiredknowledgeofbusinesstobusinesssoftware
businessmodels• ExcellentGermanandEnglishverbalandwritten
communicationskills• ExtensiveknowledgeofMicrosoftExcelandPowerPoint
