1. Presence
Customer enters the venue and the phone sends out pings, a small piece of data that includes MAC. This ad-dress is specific to the mobile device and is not identified with any person.
2. Detect
Aruba Access Point captures MAC address data. No application download or network connection is required by the consumer
3. Process
ALE sends the cap-tured data which is then aggregated and transmitted as non-personally identifiable data to a cloud-based system where it is se-curely stored.
4. Present
The technology ex-tracts actionable in-sights from the data, and sends you reports via the web and email.
