Maths

Mathletics - This week the maths topic is data.

The activities on this website are set and based on the work

you would be doing in class. Please try to login as often as

you can and play one or two games—I can see what you

have done and your scores.

This week the work is about data handling—so

graphs and charts. . Collect data about plants

you’ve seen and show this on a graph. You

could use hwb or the squared maths book I

gave you to draw the graph. Years 5&6—can

you draw a line graph about the temperature

this week?

Can you draw a branching database of plants?

What else can you use the plants information

for?

TTRockstars and Numbots, J2Blast

Use these regularly to learn your times tables

and play games on numbots to help you learn

more maths.

Don’t forget Top marks—lots of different

maths games and activities to work through

Hwb the worksheets powerpoints and any other useful pages I have found are in the folder Children 20 on hwb. There

are many others you may use. If you have anything useful please share? Remember to save all work you do into your

folder!
