![Page 3: KEYS TO BUILDING A CHAMPIONSHIP HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM](https://reader038.vdocument.in/reader038/viewer/2022110319/56649c4f5503460f948f579b/html5/thumbnails/3.jpg)
WE NOT I
• When communicating about the program use “We” not “I” or “My”– The program is not yours there are
many people that will help with your program
– Get more buy-in from everyone when you leave out the “I” word
![Page 4: KEYS TO BUILDING A CHAMPIONSHIP HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM](https://reader038.vdocument.in/reader038/viewer/2022110319/56649c4f5503460f948f579b/html5/thumbnails/4.jpg)
Year Round Program
• To establish a championship program you must be all in– Summer Ball– Fall Ball–Winter Workouts– Spring Ball• Create opportunities for players to get
better, and the program will get better
