Kolbe Academy PowerSchool Parent Portal
New User Set-up GuidePowerSchool’s Parent Portal gives parents or guardians access to information for their students, including grades, courses, graduation progress, and school bulletins.
Each parent or guardian can log into the PowerSchool Parental Portal with one account and see any and all students for whom they have parental and legal rights to.
In order to create an account in the Powerschool Parent Portal you will need to have an Access ID and password.
• You will receive via email a unique ID and password for each student• You do not need to have the information for all of your students to create your account• Additional students can be added to the account after it is created
5. Click on Create Account
1. Launch a web browser
2. Go to: https://kolbe.org
3. Click on the "Parent Portal"
4. Find the PowerSchoollogo on the page and clickon it.
You may link all your students in this step or just one and then add the others once you are in the parent portal.

6. Create your User name and password.
You will choose your own user name. Your user name should not be your email address and should not contain spaces or symbols. You may be prompted to choose a different user name if the one you choose has already been used by someone else.
PLEASE NOTE: This account is not linked to the account you created to enroll your student. However, you may choose the same login and password.
7. Link your student(s)
From the parent portal email you received, type your:
• Student’s First & Lastname exactly asentered in the letter
• Access ID
• Access Password
• Relationship to student
Once you have completed creating an account you can login into the PowerSchool Parent Portal and will now see your child/children’s PowerSchool information.
If you have already set-up your PowerSchool account, login to your account and navigate to Account Preferences, found in the left column. Select the Students tab and Add. This will give you the ability to associate your other student(s) to your account using your parent Access ID and Password from your additional student(s) parent letter.
