• The Assistant Principal will have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. The spiritual life of the assistant principal must encompass a growing relationship with Christ, the ability to provide spiritual leadership to the school body, and the provision of a school climate where a positive Christ-like attitude may prevail.
• The Assistant Principal must be an active member of Arbor Road Church in Long Beach, CA and fully support the church and school statement of faith. See www.arborroad.com
• The Assistant Principal must have a bachelor’s degree, CA state teaching credential, and
have the education and experience required by ACSI and/or the state and the school board to fulfill this position.
• The Assistant Principal is responsible directly to the school principal, and ultimately to the
LCS School Board and the Arbor Road Church Board of Elders.
