5 p.m.: Closing begins of I-15 flyover ramps onto east-bound Spring Mountain Rd., Flamingo Rd. and Tropicana Ave.

6:15 p.m.: Metro to start clearing cars off Las Vegas Boulevard between Sahara Avenue and Mandalay Bay Road.West Harmon Avenue and the bridge

over Interstate 15 west of Las Vegas Boulevard, leading to Aria, Vdara and the Cosmopolitan, will be open to hotel guests only. East Harmon east of Las Vegas Boulevard will be open to guests of Planet Hollywood and MGM Grand.

5:45 p.m.: All other streets leading westbound onto Las Vegas Boulevard, from Koval Lane, between Sahara Avenue and Mandalay Bay Road, begin closing; all barricades in place by 6 p.m.
