Observations LSC does not provide training itself :
- focus in planning and fund allocation - an overwhelming role in service provision
Money reward is a kind of essential incentive
MA carries out in industrial sector as well as commercial and social service sectors
Implications to H.K. The functions of LSC is a good reference
in planning and funding for post-school education and training
Emphasize the role of Personal Advisors in the helping process
Improving a progression route for the apprentices by establishing Qualification Framework
