• Provide scholarship funds to Maine workers in obtaining industry recognized certifications, licenses, diplomas and degrees for today’s high demand/high wage jobs.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Cost of tuition and fees up to $3,000 per worker• Participants may receive support services from

other programs, agencies or their employer to assist in their participation in training.

• Employer will be reimbursed upon proof of successful completion and demonstrate proof of certificate, license, degree or diploma

• All participants after successfully completing their online program will have access to universal services including job matching and job referral services from the CareerCenter to assist in job placement related to training

• Each incumbent worker will be subject to a wage increase and/or career advancement as agreed upon with employer at the time of enrollment.

requirements and policies before training starts.

• Strong desire to succeed – many times technology causes frustration and a clear head and patience may be required.
