Overview: This “Instructional Game Plan” outlines the structures and processes implemented for transforming Lemasters Elementary School academically. Our goal is to ensure that every student leaves Lemasters Elementary School prepared to become productive citizens in society. Teachers at Lemasters will improve instruction based on high quality research and educational best practices.

• Daily H.O.T. (Here On Time) Tickets given to each student
• Monthly Drawing for Attendance Prizes using the H.O.T. Tickets
• Perfect Attendance Certificates for Staff and Students given during monthly assemblies
• Showcase Classroom Percentages in the Hallway
• Popcorn/Out-Of-Uniform Passes for classes with a 93% rate or better
• Pizza party for the class with the highest attendance rate for the month

• Laser-like Focus - We used the IBD’s, DEA, and teacher made assessments as a guide for where our students were struggling most.
• Reflection - We present Smart Goal summaries to our school community to share what strategies we have used, seek assistance for future strategies, and provide each other with a whole view of our children.
