RULES and REGULATIONS
The Borrower’s card is needed for borrowing books on a long term-basis.
Students are expected to maintain SILENCE at all times to create an atmosphere conducive to learning and intellectual growth.
Upon entry, the Library Card/School ID should be shown to the Library staff.
In case of a lost Borrower’s Card: - Report the loss immediately to the Librarian - A new Borrower’s card will be issued after a week upon replacement fee - Students will only be allowed to ask for a replacement of lost Borrower’s Card three times
Lending of the Library Card or Borrower’s Card
to another is strictly prohibited. This would mean SUSPENSION OF LIBRARY PRIVILEGES after the ID/Borrower’s Card is confiscated .
In the case of lost books, the library will make decisions on case-to-case basis.
Loud conversation, eating, playing and sleeping are NOT allowed inside the library.
Those caught committing these offenses will be sent out of the library.
Reference books such as encyclopedias, atlases, dictionaries and yearbooks are not to be taken out
Fines are charged on overdue books : One peso (P1.00) per day for fiction books One peso (P1.00) per period for reference
A student who has overdue books may not be allowed to borrow, until the overdue book is returned.
Chairs should be put back in proper order/ arrangement after use.

RULES and REGULATIONSOF THE INTERNET SERVICES
Playing of computer games and non-academic activities are not allowed.
The internet services are to be used for research only.
The library and audio-visual center is open to teachers and students before and after class sessions and continuously throughout the school day.
There are sufficient audio-visual equipment available.
The library and audio-visual center are well-lighted and properly ventilated.

RULES AND REGULATIONSThe AVR is open from 7:30 to 5:00 p.m.The AVR is venue for theater presentations.
Reservation for its use should be made at least one week before the activity.
Chairs should be put back in proper order/ arrangement after use.Students who wish to use the AVR facilities
and materials for curriculum needs must first have their requisition form noted by heir subject teacher.
