c. To determine what specific skin infection is prevalent in the brgy.
a. House to house information dissemination (water boiling, handwashing)

a. House to house info dissemination of BHWs in the puroks assigned to them. Data for dissemination should come from the Gabay ng Kalusugan guideline or other guidelines based on evidence.
b. Ask the RHU doctor what causes the skin infection and how to prevent it.

Manage to control the crowd in the health center especially during Mondays.
Licab’s BHW and health worker training
Conduction of training of health workers in the health center by the physician. The seminar should empower and equip them in handling and management of the common diseases (diarrhea, skin infection) in the community.

b. Motivate the local executive and legislative heads of the brgy. to implement ordinances in the community.
Meeting with Sangguniang bayan
Meeting of brgy. captain, councilors on health and environment and BHWs with Sangguniang Bayan regarding stricter implementation of ordinances.
The BHWs understand that the LGU allots more budget for other things that are also vital for the betterment of their community.
They also feel that as BHWs, they don’t have the right to complain about the budget.

Document cases and referrals to monitor incidence and prevalence of diseases.
It is the family’s responsibility to provide a toilet facility in their own home. This should not be requested or required from LGU. Tap sanitary Inspector and Council on Health and Clean environment to conduct training on making improvised toilet with the available resources in the brgy. (e.g. mud)
More frequent meetings among the brgy. officials and Sangguniang Bayan to ensure coordination and alignment of objectives and goals.
