Balance of Life
Directions
These sections represent the 8 basic human needs. Seeing the center of the wheel as ‘desperate’ or ‘depleted’ and the outer edge as ‘ideal’ and ‘set for long-term’, rank your level of satisfaction with each area by coloring in the dot/rank in each section. Then, draw a line from point to point (see example). The new perimeter of that circle represents your personal Balance of Life. How bumpy would the ride be if this was a real wheel? The flat areas are in need of immediate attention and growth.
