Create a Lightworks account at www.lwks.com
Install Lightworks and start the application
System Settings panel opens
Click ‘Manage l icenses’ to re-open ‘Activate a Purchased
License’ dialog box
First Time Activation

Select a license from the dialog boxand click Activate

bottom left of screen
