InThe Journey Begins youwere introduced to the idea of journaling andeven had a seven-day challenge to help you kick-start this habit. If youcompleted that exercise andkept at it, congratulations!Youhaveundoubtedlyrecordedgreatinsightsandgrowth.Youhavelearnedthingsaboutyourselfandseenthingsinwritingthatyoumaynothaverealizedweretrue.Ifyouwerelesssuccessful in that first attempt, make this the time toget started! There are somany ways to do this daily habit.
