STIPULATION AND ORDER TO RESCHEDULE THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT THE FINDINGS OF FACTS. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND ORDER TO THE BOARD
Respondents Patricia Hamamoto, Board of Education, Linda Lingle and Marie Laderta,
(DOE collectively), and Complainants Hawaii State Teachers Association, (HST A), by and
through their undersigned counsel and hereby stipulate related to the deadlines set by the Hawaii
Labor Relations Board (HLRB or Board) as to the Minute Order Granting Respondents' Motion
to Dismiss and/or for Summary Judgment, and Directing the Respondents to Submit Findings of
Fact and Conclusions of Law in the above-entitled matter filed June 20, 2017.
WHEREAS, the Board filed the Minute Order Granting Respondents' Motion to Dismiss
and/or for Summary Judgment, and Directing the Respondents to Submit Findings of Fact and
Conclusions of Law in the above-entitled matter filed June 20, 2017;
WHEREAS, during the week that Respondents' proposed Findings of Fact and
Conclusions of Law in the above-entitled matter is due, counsel for Respondents has a brief due
and an oral argument in the case that is set for trial on August 7, 2017; and
WHEREAS, both of the parties are in agreement to reschedule Respondents' deadline to
submit the findings of fact and conclusions of law and order.
NOW therefore, it is hereby stipulated and agreed to between all parties if so ordered by
the Board that the deadline to submit the findings offact and conclusions of law and order in the
above-entitled matter be rescheduled from Friday, July 19, 2017 to Monday, July 31, 2017.
