The sixth, annual edition of Mayfair Art Weekend will take place this summer to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Mayfair & St James as one of the most internationally known, thriving art hubs in the world. Over 30 galleries and fashion houses across the area will join Mayfair Art Weekend to showcase the unparalleled artistic expertise, quality and diversity on offer in Mayfair & St James.
The 2019 programme invites art enthusiasts to explore a series of free exhibitions, talks and site-specific installations across the capital’s world-class galleries in Mayfair & St James.
Mayfair Art Weekend was awarded “Best Local Event of the Year” in 2017 by the Mayfair Awards.

For 2019, Mayfair Art Weekend will host ‘MAW Live’ at the Cork Street Galleries; a space where visitors are able to collect printed maps and programmes for the event, as well as enjoy live talk sessions with a variety of artists.
In addition to MAW Live, we will be hosting a second information point at Princes Arcade in St James’s for visitors to collect printed guides and speak to our team about what’s on in Mayfair and St James’s over the weekend.

For the second year running, the district will host a fortnight of activity to amplify the area’s creative heritage. Art In The Heart of Mayfair brings us a series of luxury fashion, art and cultural initiatives with artist-led collaborations, in keeping with the district’s tradition of showcasing the world’s best of art and design.
