In Malawi people often wear Cotton dresses, skirts and light trousers for woman are worn lots of time in work or special occasions and men just wear jeans t-shirts but on special occasions they wear religious robes.
As you can see in these pictures Malawian people grow their own crops of food. Tea was known to be the second largest crop.
Malawi’s national food would be the delicious Nsima made from corn, water and flour.
most people eat nsima at soccer games, dinner, breakfast, lunch and all sorts of events here’s a video of how to make nsima.
