Motilal Oswal, Chairman &Managing Director, MotilalOswal Financial Services Ltd,mentioned some of the majorfactors that have contributed tohis success as a business leader.

Rapid innovationand the disruption thataccompanies it do not make ourancient spiritual heritageredundant. They make it morerelevant to our lives than everbefore."

M.V. Gowtama, Chairman &Managing Director, BEL, whiletalking about the importance ofpublic private partnership instrengthening the economy ofthe nation, said, "In projects,where there are challenges andopportunity, public privatepartnership definitely can lay asolid foundation for joint

for their outstanding contribution indifferent areas. This year the chief guestof the evening was Col RajyavardhanRathore, AVSM (Retd.), Minister of State(IC) Youth Affairs & Sports, and Ministerof State for Information andBroadcasting, Government of India.

A maverickentrepreneur, he has built a globalbusiness around ayurved with massfollowing and massive revenues.

Reading the citation for OutstandingContribution to Media, awarded toPunit Goenka, Managing Director &CEO, Zee Entertainment EnterprisesLtd, Suhel Seth, Socialite and ManagingPartner, Counselage India, said thatPunit is investing in creation of digital-only Indian content to take on theglobal competitors in the fast-growingstreaming entertainment business.

The Outstanding PSU of the Year wasawarded to Bharat Electronics Ltd. M.V.Gowtama,Chairman & ManagingDirector, Bharat Electronics Ltd.,received the award. A pioneer ofelectronics manufacturing andinnovation in India, the company isplaying a key role making the countryself-reliant in technology and defence,said Ajey Mehta, Vice President India,HMD Global, while introducing thecompany.

Director of the Year award went to AliAbbas Zafar, Director and Screen Writer.An outstanding talent, he has made aplace for himself in the film industrywith his unique style of film making. B.J.Panda, Member of Parliament, LokSabha, read his citation.
