To live a balanced life often means that a person doesn’t feel like they must work too much, nor do they feel like they have too much free time.

A balanced work-home life looks different to everyone. Some people like to work hard and late, but make sure to spend quality time with their families at all other times. Plenty of people work from home, and allow themselves time to leave and explore.

A balanced life is typically a healthy life, but it’s a different experience for everyone.
