Honorable CM of Gujarat on 12th September2014 in Khedbharama said, “ Aganwadiworkers Waste their 2 hours in filling 11register everyday and now it is time to take alead and make AWW free from theseadministrative activities to give qualitativenutritional and preschool sevrices”.

• To decrease prevalence of malnutrition among6 months to 6 years children of Sabarkanthadistrict.
AIM
• To decrease reporting time by providing mobileapplication for reporting.
• To support AWW to give more time in servicedeliveries rather than administration work.
• To provide dashboard to supervisory cadre for realtime monitoring of AWC’s activities.
Objectives
• AWW has to do single time entry for any work.
• Attendance of children can be verified by head countfrom the photo.
• Automatic plotting on growth chart will ensureaccuracy in assessment in malnutrition status.
• Sms notification to beneficiaries for nutritionalstatus.
• All 11 register and reports required are generatedautomatically.
Features
• Total 330 AWW has been selected for pilot projectacross Sabarkantha district including urban area.
• Total almost 3, 30,000 populations is covered underthis project.
• Total 1,800 children less than 6 years and 8250antenatal and 8250 postnatal mother are givenservices under this project every yearly.
Beneficiaries
• Convergence of all eleven registers in single mobileapplication has reduced time consumed foradministrative work. Also stress related to thisreporting also has reduced. So AWW now can able toconcentrate more on giving services to children.
• Automatic plotting on growth chart ensures accuratestatus of malnutrition in child. Human errors andreading variation are avoided.

• With single “Sync” button all data go to taluka anddistrict level. So time taken for report generation,submission and travelling of AWW has reduced.
• Sms notification to mother or care taker will supportin social mobilization of child to AWC.
• Taluka and district officers can monitor all the datafrom office daily and give feedback to AWW directly.
• Valid and reliable data will ensure evidence baseddecision making.

• Tablets and mobile application have been purchasedfrom District Innovative Fund (DIF) Sabarkantha.
• Total grant of Rs. 66,00,000/- has been sanctionedand utilized with 10% contribution of total fund byNGO.
