Today’s Challenges

1) Today’s rate environment means tighter margins and reduced profitability from traditional banking

1. Do you have the data and tools to manage your margins on a daily basis and understand the drivers behind changes?

2. Can you provide employees real-time insight into their performance and how it is trending vs. company targets?

3. Do you wonder how to increase your cross-sell ratio or which products to market to different customers?

4. Are you maximizing your potential for noninterest income to supplement income from reduced margins?

2) Managing and understanding risk throughout the organization has become more important than ever

1. Does your entire organization from the board to branch managers have insight into the various types of risk (credit, operational, liquidity, etc.) that each of them manage and whether they are within company thresholds?

2. On a daily basis, can you see where credit risk is concentrated and drill down to the customers driving the risk?

3. Can you easily demonstrate to your regulators how you are managing risk throughout the organization?

3) With increased regulatory demands and continued economic challenges, community banks are forced to operate as efficiently as possible and do more with less

1. Are you spending more time preparing reports and statistics for the board, ALCO meetings, regulators, auditors, and others than actually analyzing the data?

2. Do you struggle to get the right data on branch efficiency and whether they can improve?

3. Would you like more data on how customers interact with your bank and how that impacts expenses & revenue?

SNLBanker addresses all of these challenges and more…

Reduce Risk – Role Based Dashboards

Dashboards provide real-time insight into various areas within your bank for all of your employees.

Customizable security features ensure that employees only have access to the appropriate reports and data, ensuring that they are properly monitoring the areas they are responsible for

“Before SNLBanker, we could only analyze data at the account level and couldn’t trend our data at all to try to predict what may happen with particular accounts or activities. Now we can easily identify significant account changes, spot deposit trends and identify at-risk relationships in order to proactively intervene ahead of time, rather than attempting to revive an account after it was closed.

- Scott Weaver, President of Voyager Bank ($350 million in assets)

In a single report, users can incorporate fields from a variety of sources including core processors, ancillary systems, and even spreadsheets

With SNLBanker, we’ve eliminated the consumption of half a million sheets of paper per month, we’re producing better reports in more efficient ways, and we’re confident our bankers are now taking action based on accurate, valid information.”

Save Time – Custom Formula Builder

Easily create custom formulas within your actual reports. You can use most of the Excel functions, such as sum, average, Concatenate, etc. in these formulas

Custom formulas are saved as part of the report and are updated automatically when other data in the report is updated. This eliminates the need to constantly export data to Excel for further analysis

Allows you to use one tool for your analysis instead of three. (Many banks typically use one tool to obtain the data, Excel to analyze the data, and Outlook to distribute the analysis. SNLBanker does all three of these functions)

Save Time – Schedule Reports

Schedule reports to be distributed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, ensuring your organization receives the reports they need in a timely manner

Use SNLBanker’s security features to ensure that each user, role, and/or department only has access to appropriate information – loan officers have access to data and reports related to only their clients while Executives can access all data and reports. Allows you to create one report, instead of several, when users have varying degrees of access to the data

SNLBanker Review – Save Time

Standardize data across the organization – all areas of the bank access the same system for their data needs, creating consistency in reporting and significantly reducing the time checking and verifying data

Understand historical trends – SNLBanker’s underlying data warehouse archives data over time so you can understand trends related to changes in profitability, loan portfolios, customer relationships, channel usage, and risk

Leverage over 150 pre-built reports and dashboards to understand the types of analysis that other banks are performing and immediately start to understand your bank in ways that were previously not possible

Easily create any type of report or analysis by using “click and drag” functionality – no longer rely upon only a few people who are familiar with technical queries in order to obtain data. All you need is a mouse

Create custom formulas within your reports and analysis that can be saved and updated when data is refreshed. This allows you to use a single tool for your analysis instead of three (most banks use one tool to obtain the data, Excel to analyze the data, and then Outlook to distribute the analysis)

Automatically redistribute reports on a recurring basis to various employees of your bank ensuring the bank’s employees have the information they need in a timely manner
