CMShastransitionedStage1toModifiedStage2forthe2015reportingperiodandbeyond.The13coreand9menurequirementshavebeenadjustedto10objectives.

• OperatesinajurisdictionforwhichnoimmunizationregistryorimmunizationinformationsystemiscapableofacceptingthespecificstandardsrequiredtomeettheCEHRTdefinitionatthestartoftheEHRreportingperiod

• OperatesinajurisdictionwherenoimmunizationregistryorimmunizationinformationsystemhasdeclaredreadinesstoreceiveimmunizationdatafromtheEPatthestartoftheEHRreportingperiod.

• OperatesinajurisdictionwherenopublichealthagencyhasdeclaredreadinesstoreceivesyndromicsurveillancedatafromEPsatthestartoftheEHRreportingperiod.

• OperatesinajurisdictionforwhichnospecializedregistryiscapableofacceptingelectronicregistrytransactionsinthespecificstandardsrequiredtomeettheCEHRTdefinitionatthestartoftheEHRreportingperiod.

• OperatesinajurisdictionwherenospecializedregistryforwhichtheEP,eligiblehospital,orCAHiseligiblehasdeclaredreadinesstoreceiveelectronicregistrytransactionsatthebeginningoftheEHRreportingperiod.

AlternateExclusionfor2015:Providerscanclaimanalternateexclusionforameasureiftheydidnotintendtoattesttotheequivalentpriormenuobjective.
