Subject: Memo on Internet Usage and Personal Calls

It was brought to my attention that some of the employees use the internet during office hours for downloading, live streaming, and other social networking activities. These type of activities slows the internet bandwidth for the whole internet cafe and hampers the productivity of employees.

Our internet is for office business use only. Downloading of movies, games, and live streaming which is for personal use is strictly prohibited.

Also, accepting or doing personal calls during office hours is also prohibited for it lessens ones productivity.

Please be guided accordingly.
