Responsibilities Ensuring that there are Standard Operating Procedures for all activities of the
department
Supervision of evaluation of new testing kits and equipment
Liasing with the Purchasing Officer on stock control
Investigation of customer complaints.
Coordinating internal quality assessment: Designing, planning and implementing
internal quality assessment programs for TTI staff.
