Electronic System of Public Purchase represents computerized system of public
utility, which is used for the purpose of carrying out public procurement by
electronic means accessible to the internet address www.e-licitatie.ro.
Electronic system of public Purchase an integrated system, built in a high-availability
architecture, which provides a high degree of security being a mix of proprietary
technologies and open-source, in accordance with world trends in complex computer
systems design.

The electronic system of public purchase is single point for the transmission of the announcements of the
