breaks out in The Fern , the information
has to be immediately passed onto the

Fire Combat Operation
• Don’t panic
• Knock doors & help guest evacuate rooms
• Use fire exit only
• Avoid the elevators

• To avoid panic among the guest, inform the guest in the following way
• “There is smoke detector in the hotel. As a precaution, the hotel management
advises you to leave your room immediately. Please proceed to the
lobby, using the staircase only. Please do not use the lifts”

10 loaves of bread, 2 can of cheese, 1 can of biscuits, 2 boxes of tea bags, 2 packets of coffee, 4 kgs of sugar, 10 ltsof milk
• Captain/steward ensureshot water boilers ¾ full, 25 cups, 50 hi balls, 2 air voids & trolley
• Housekeeping25 blankets, 25 pillows, 10 flasks
Protection team• Night auditor/ IT moves following to safe
place (car parking near main porch)
– License – Bar, NOC’s, Fire brigade/police clearance
– Cash, cheques, cheque books
– Accounting records, files, account payables
– Backup tapes, computers in Front Office & Accounts
